1. Online Store Terms & Acceptance

This website is operated by Minni Silhouette. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and will not use our products for any unauthorised or illegal purpose.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

3. Product Accuracy & Silhouette Details

We make every effort to display the colours, textures, and tailored details of our linen-cotton blends as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour (such as our vibrant "Barbie" pinks or iconic lilacs) will be 100% accurate.

4. Contract Formation & Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a Shipping Confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us for any reason, including obvious pricing errors.

5. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.

6. Shipping & Delivery (UK Only)

  • Territory: We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • Rates: Standard UK shipping is always complimentary (Free).
  • Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).
  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Minni Silhouette is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address entry.

7. Returns & Exchanges (14-Day Window)

In accordance with UK Consumer Rights:

  • The Window: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange via our portal. Once approved, you have a further 14 days to post the item back.
  • Exchanges: We provide a complimentary (prepaid) return label for size exchanges only.
  • Refunds: For standard returns (refunds), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original reusable zipper bag.
  • Faulty Items: Faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to [email-returns].

8. Intellectual Property

The Minni Silhouette name, logos, "Consciously Cute" branding, unique dress designs, and custom embroidery patterns are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or exploit any portion of our designs without express written permission.

9. Third-Party Tools & Account Access

We use Shopify's secure, passwordless account login. By using our Returns Portal, you agree to receive a 6-digit verification code via email. We are not liable for any harm related to the use of third-party payment processors or external links.

10. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders without prior notice.

11. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights, or to submit false or misleading information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minni Silhouette shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of any of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

13. Indemnification & Severability

You agree to indemnify Minni Silhouette against any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
